Andy represented us as a buyer's agent, long distance (while we were out of state ) for a move to Minnesota. Andy was absolutely fantastic, and I would highly recommend him . Andy was by far the most competent, knowledgeable, patient, and caring realtor I've ever dealt with. We had a million questions, maybe more, and he patiently answered all of them, sometimes going back to a place he showed us for a second or third time. He showed us a number of places via Skype. He gave very helpful opinions about the places and the neighborhoods. He pointed out good points and concerns about the places he showed. This was a challenging search because there were a couple of places we liked (and even put offers on) that ending up have some inspection issues, but Andy took every setback in stride and continued to help us look. I always felt he had our best interests in mind, and was committed to finding a place that worked for us.He even met us at the airport when we went to Minnesota to look at the place we put an offer on, drove us to other places to compare, brought us to look at upgrade options for the kitchen, and much more. This is only the tip of the iceberg of how helpful Andy was. If I recounted everything he has done, this would be five times as long. We just closed on the property and Andy is still helping us long distance in many ways for the remodeling and the updating required to make sure the place is ready when we move in soon. He is also very knowledgeable about remodeling as well (and he helped us find those who are doing the painting, installing new kitchen, and more). I would absolutely use Andy again and I would recommend Andy Barnes without hesitation to my friends or family!
